Flyer boys basketball team lost to Landrum last night 40 to 28. Leading stat earner for the boys was Nixson Poppinga with 10 points 7 rebounds. The boys take on Sebastian tomorrow night looking to finish out the regular season on a high note. Congratulations to the girls’ basketball team for their win over Murray Middle School 38-21. Great defensive was played and held Murray to zero points in the second quarter. The high scorers for the flyers were Courtney Owen with 17 points and Elarie Desuyo with 11 points. Great game ladies!!

Boys basketball fell last night to Murray in a hard-fought match up 53 to 38. Leading stat earner in last night’s game was Max Cockerham with a season high 15 points. The boys look to rebound at home next week against the Landrum lions. The theme for the night is Hawaiian night.

Leading stat earners in last night’s win were Dom Lizzmore with 7 points and Nixson Poppinga with 6 points. Also congratulations to the girls’ basketball team for their win over Gamble Rogers 28-6. The top scorers were Abby Miller with 5 points and Maya Geerdes with 10 points. Congratulations girls on your win, keep up the good work!! The teams will play at Murray Middle School tomorrow night.
