Information on Student Led Transition
Fruit Cove Middle School has a dedicated group of student leaders who serve as school ambassadors. These students, known at our school as WEB leaders, welcome new student enrollees with two large events prior to the start of school, 6th Grade Connections and Get the Scoop for new rising 7th and 8th graders. Our WEB leaders welcome new students who enroll during the school year by offering tours, introducing them to peers and joining them for lunch to help ease the transition. We also host a Friends-giving during Thanksgiving week just for new students. Additionally, we host monthly events designed to build friendships and foster a sense of community. From making ice cream sundaes to creating cards for deployed service members and celebrating fun holidays, there’s always something meaningful and fun happening at FCMS!
