Final due date for NJHS Scholarship application is January 24. Make sure you have completed all steps of the application process. The all members meeting will be on Thursday, January 25 after school in the cafeteria. We will be making Valentine’s Day cards for Nemours Children’s Hospital at that meeting. Bring markers, colored pencils, or pens. Paper will be provided. Collection for Valentine’s Day decorations will begin on Monday, January 29th and run through Wednesday, February 7. All items will be donated to Nemours Children’s Hospital.
Congratulations to the girls’ basketball team for their win over Swiss Point Middle School. The girls played great team defense and were led with Courtney Owens scoring 8 points and Lexi Maselli scoring 6 points. The Flyers boys team fought hard last night against Swiss Point losing 36 to 23. Leading stat earners for the game, were Max Cockerham with 7 points and 2 rebounds.
