FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES CLUB (FCA) will meet today afterschool. The club is Open to all FCMS students. If you would like to have fun and fellowship with your peers, please come on out. We will meet after school on Wednesday in the Weight Room from 1pm to 2pm. Please make sure you pick-up a permission slip as you must have a permission slip on file to attend! Boys’ basketball played against the Pacetti Bay Wildcats last night picking up a thrilling 37-33 victory on the road. The Boys start the 2024 season 1-0 looking to continue the momentum at home next Monday against Swiss Point. Lead stat earners for the boys were: Max Cockerham and Nixon Poppinga both with 9 points, Dom Lizzmore with 8 points & Lucien Hilaire with 4 points. The Flyers basketball Teams will play at Home against Swiss Point, on January 22. The theme for the night is yellow out, so come on out and show your best school spirit and support for the team! Girls play at 5:30 and Boys’ play at 6:30. Please purchase your ticket on School Pay!
Final due date for NJHS Scholarship application is January 24. Make sure you have completed all steps of the application process. Officers meeting will be on Tuesday, January 23, right after school in Mrs. Doemel’s room. All membership meeting will be on Thursday, January 25 after school in the cafeteria. We will be making Valentine’s Day cards for Nemours Children’s Hospital at that meeting. Bring markers, colored pencils, or pens. Paper will be provided. Collection for Valentine’s Day decorations will begin on Monday, January 29 and run through Wednesday, February 7. All items will be donated to Nemours Children’s Hospital.
