Students don’t forget it is Celebrate Literacy Week.
- On Thursday–Wear Your Words- wear a shirt with a quote or positive message.
- On Friday during all three lunches there will be a Literacy Week Book Club on the cafeteria patio. Go to your PBIS account and go to events to purchase a ticket. Be ready to talk about books with others who enjoy reading.
Fellowship of Christian Athletes Club (FCA) will meet today after school 2pm to 3pm in the multi-purpose room. This club is open to all FCMS students. If you would like to have fun and fellowship with your peers, please join us. Make sure to pick-up a permission slip in room 570 as they are required to attend FCA meetings. Please turn in the permission slips to Coach Jill Benavides in Rm. 570. See Coach Richardson in the gym or Coach Jill Benavides if you have any questions.
Last night, the Flyers girls basketball team girls fell to Murray Middle School with a final score of 27-14. The leading scorers for the Flyers were Ellarie Desuyo with 8 points And Alice Silva with 2 points.
The Flyer boys also fell short to Murray with a score of 35 to 28 . Leading scorers in the game were Samay Kolukuluri with 9 points and Nicco Rippa with 6 points
Tomorrow night the Flyers take on the Landrum lions on the road. Our Flyers next home game will be Thursday, February 6 vs the Pacetti Bay Wildcats.
