Art Club is starting soon! If you want to have fun and be creative, this is the club for you! Art club meets every Tuesday after school beginning October 1. Art Club exists to enhance our school community through creative projects. Pick up an application and parent permission form in room 755. Art club is limited to 25 members.

The FCMS Drama Club will have its first meeting today after school until 3:30 pm. If you are interested in a position on stage or backstage for Wizard of Oz should attend. Be sure to stop by Ms. Padgett’s room to pick up a permission slip as it is required to attend.

After school tutoring will begin on Tuesday, October 1. National Junior Honor Society members will be available to work with students every Tuesday and Thursday after school. All sessions will end at 2:30.

There will be an NJHS officers meeting after school on Tuesday, October 1. The meeting will be held in Mrs. Doemel’s room and will last about 30 minutes.

There will be a mandatory NJHS meeting for all members after school on Thursday, October 3.

The Flyer Volleyball Teams will play the Murray Bulldogs at Home tomorrow ,October 1st. Please come out and support both teams! Girls play at 5:30 and Boys play at 6:30. The Home theme is Pink out, so please come out and show your support by wearing your best Pink Attire! Purchase your ticket on School Pay. Tickets are $3.00 and concessions will be available. FELLOWSHIP OF CHRISTIAN ATHLETES CLUB (FCA) will meet this Wednesday, October 2nd after school from 1pm to 2pm in the weight room. The club is open to all FCMS students. If you would like to have fun and fellowship with your peers, please come on out. Please make sure you pick-up a permission slip in room 570 as they are required to attend FCA meetings. The boys team took Second place with Danny Itkin, Chase Petrick, Zack Thomas, Parker Atkins, Harrison Lafser, Bryce Cunningham and Nicholas Lugo scoring for the boys team. Danny Itkin took Second Place overall in the boys race. Scoring for our girls team was Ivey Edgel, Emma Godfrey, Amelia Flood, Anna Whitman, Maddy Ristua, Niva Ramachandran, Sydney Hiebenthal. Well done team with 28 PRs!

Flyer Girls and Boys Volleyball had big wins over the Pacetti Bay Wildcats last night for their season kick-off. Lead stat earners for the girls were: Brianna McNulty with 6 aces, 6 assists and 4 kills, Emma Kelley with 10 digs, Avery Richardson with 5 assists, and Kinley Bugbee with 4 kills.
